What the team have to say

“The daily working culture at Conexus is driven by its ethos and aims. From team brunches and strolls around the nearby lake, to working from home when it works for me, I always feel like my wellbeing and development is important to those I work with. The team are great. Everyone is happy to help you in any way they can and they are all dedicated to the difference they are making in practices both locally and across the country.”
Ben Pilmer
Training & Consultancy Business Manager
“Joining Conexus, I really feel that I am part of a team that genuinely care about the welfare of their staff. Being forced to work from home due to COVID 19 proved difficult for me at the start, I am a social person and missed the interactivity of working in a busy office, I just mentioned that I was struggling and within minutes I received lots of messages of support which really meant a lot to me.”
Dawn Ansell
Finance Support Officer
"Working at Conexus has allowed me to be involved in so many great opportunities and develop my skills and knowledge whilst being supported and encouraged along the way. The values of Conexus are at the heart of everything we do and it's great to be part of a team who feel like family. The health and wellbeing of each member of the team is important and helps form the culture in which we work in to ensure that even though we work virtually and across sites, everyone feels part of the team."
Emily Taylor
Business Support Lead

Our team have always made me feel valued and have provided me with room to grow and develop my knowledge and skills. I feel at home & I am proud be part of an organisation where everyone genuinely cares about their colleagues. Our people are innovative, high performing and very passionate about their work, and have great drive to boost the health & wellbeing for patients and the general practice community. If you are someone striving to learn, are determined to make a positive impact on our mission and want to feel valued for the work you do, all I can say is that Conexus could be a great fit for you.”
