Improving Health Access for Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Communities in Wakefield

We’ve taken a look at an initiative that is having real impact to address health inequalities and strengthen health inclusion with the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller community in Wakefield.  The case study below sets out the steps that have been taken to build trust and confidence with a group of people that, historically, engage far less with health services than the general population.  It is delivering demonstrable results.
